Hydrogenation is a conventional reaction operation in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry. At present, traditional intermittent high-pressure hydrogenation reactors are widely used in the industry, which have disadvantages such as high pressure, high cost, and frequent replacement of catalysts. Runqi Pharmaceutical uses a micro-packed bed reactor, combined with automation to convert intermittent high-pressure hydrogenation into a continuous flow process, to achieve continuous feed of raw materials, with the advantages of short residence time of reaction raw materials in the reactor, small liquid retention, less reaction liquid by-products, high yield, less catalyst consumption, and other advantages, while the entire operation process is safe and controllable, truly realizing the essential safety. Runqi's micro-filled bed technology has been successfully applied to a variety of different reaction types, including but not limited to:
