3. Master basic product knowledge, financial knowledge, legal knowledge, quality control knowledge, procurement business process and other relevant knowledge.
4. Master the capabilities of procurement business planning, agreement management, supplier management, sales management, procurement business development, payment management, inventory management, and upstream revenue management.
5. More than 3 years of procurement work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in independent development and supplier docking, and familiar with varieties.
6. Have good communication skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship handling skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be able to complete the annual target decomposition based on historical data of customers and varieties.
2. Familiar with the key points of signing the agreement, such as the amount of tasks, discount rules, discount ratio, payment method, precautions, etc., assist in the negotiation of the agreement, and put forward suggestions for improvement on the risk points in the agreement.
3. Responsible for the formulation of the procurement plan, checking the supplier's accounts, and submitting the payment application. Strive for the signing of a one-to-one agreement in the secondary agreement and strive for market share.
4. Familiar with the basic situation of suppliers, accurately obtain key core personnel information, establish a database of alternative suppliers, develop and evaluate new suppliers, and improve supplier files.
5. Independently maintain the customer situation of the responsible supplier and establish a good relationship with the supplier. Assist in maintaining high-level customer relations of responsible suppliers.
6. Familiar with and obtain customers, product information, cooperation methods, market environment policies and other information.
7. Familiar with new customers, new product development process, cooperation methods, etc., independently analyze key supply and demand information (first-level account opening, cooperation shares of regional companies, product information, competitor information, etc.).
8. Interview suppliers to find incremental varieties and incremental channels.
9. Be able to guide the sales of new products and new businesses after introduction. It can link marketing and the factory to jointly develop and seize sales in new regions.
10. Formulate a management mechanism for sales channel control, coordinate resources to deal with major sales channel violations and provide relevant suggestions.
11. Regularly actively contact suppliers with secondary distribution to formulate sales plans and follow up sales.
12. Follow up the business cooperation process of key suppliers, improve the quality of payment, give suggestions and correct errors for non-compliance with the requirements and key problems in the payment process, and improve the efficiency of the company's capital use.
13. According to the company's management and control requirements, optimize various inventory control indicators, establish an early warning mechanism for inventory management, and reduce the occurrence of substandard inventory problems.
14. According to inventory analysis and market information changes, put forward suggestions on rationally formulating procurement plans.
